Close to the river Crach, in Morbihan, near Carnac, you can discover on foot or by bicycle its oyster farms along the river and along the many footpaths.

The port of La Trinité Sur Mer has its pleasure or working boats, which you can admire from the top of its bridge with a 360° panoramic view.

Our guesthouse is a stone’s throw from Morbihan beaches.

The beaches of Saint Philibert are a 5-minute drive away, La Trinité sur Mer and its Friday market are 8 minutes away, the Menhirs at Carnac 15 minutes and Auray and its Monday market 20 minutes.

Vannes (and its closed city) will seduce you with its medieval character, with its ‘La Cohue’ museum and its marina in the city centre. From there you can visit the islands of the Gulf, its aquarium and its butterfly greenhouse and its shipyards (Multiplast). Don’t hesitate to stop at the Vannes Tourist Office at the port.

Not to mention a detour to the small port of Saint Goustan in Auray where Benjamin Franklin landed in 1776, to ask the French for help in the American war of independence.

The port of Le Bono, with its suspension bridge, remains a must on this road filled with history.
